Get started as a coach or staff member
Welcome to the 360Player platform
In this article, we will detail how to create your account and sign in for the first time as a
coach or staff member.
Download the 360Player app from the App Store - or visit app.360player.com to log in.

Download on the Google Play Store
Group code for the team or club you would like to join. If you don't know your group code, contact your team or club administrator so that you can join the correct group.
Good to know: If your team isn't using 360Player yet, press I don't have a group code and this will help you contact us to create a team for you.
After you have entered the group code, confirm you are joining the correct group by pressing
Select the role you are joining as, then press
Continue. To join as a coach or staff member, press
I'm a coach or staff.
Start creating your account by filling in details including your name, the country where you live, and your date of birth. Then press
Good to know: You can also upload a profile picture by pressing the camera icon if you would like.
Confirm that the information you have provided so far is correct by pressing
Choose how you would like to sign in to your account.
Good to know: You can sign up with an email address and password, or use an existing Apple account to sign up if you would like.
Provide your account details such as your email address and password, then press
Create your account.
Because you are joining as a coach or staff member, a group admin needs to approve your request.
When trying to join as a staff, existing group admins will get a notification that they can view from their notifications. The admin can click the notification, then press
Accept on the request.
Good to know: Admins can see all pending staff requests by pressing the Team settings button from the menu. The requests are located inside the 'general' tab.
Congratulations, once your request has been accepted you have officially joined the group!
Note: You may be asked to provide additional information for your organization depending on the organization's settings.
