1
Locate the event where you would like to manage the attendance, then navigate to Participants.

2

When people are invited to an event, they can mark whether they will attend or not. This means 360Player updates attendance automatically.

If an invited member is listed under Requires action, this means they did not accept or decline an invite. A coach or staff member can manually select whether or not this person attended.

In addition, coaches and staff can always go in and override the attendance of players who accepted or decline an invite. For example, if a player accepted an invite but ended up not attending, a coach could select ' Didn't attend' for this player.

Taking attendance is fast and easy as it is done automatically when players accept or decline invites. Simply make the adjustments on the fly and you're good to go!

Here is how it is done on a browser
